Access
Reception pupils should line up at the Foundation Stage door to be collected by their teacher, they are collected from this entrance at the end of the day. Key Stage 1 and 2 pupils enter and exit their classrooms using the external classroom doors from classrooms located on the ground floor. Key Stage 2 pupils on the first floor enter and exit the school using the junior entrance door. Rainbow Room use their own entrance
All adults must attend the school office in the main entrance before gaining access to the rest of the school as the school entrances and exits are monitored by electronic security systems. A visitor’s book is available outside the school office for signing in and out and badges must be worn by school visitors. This is to comply with health, safety and fire regulations.
The School Day
Children should arrive at school approximately 10 minutes before the start of each session and no earlier. Teachers at school before those times are preparing their work and are not present to take charge of children’s safety or behaviour. There is a teacher on duty in the playground from 8.40am. Please do NOT send your children early even if you do have to get to work. Try to make arrangements with other parents or friends to get them in at the correct time. Children going home for lunch are due back no earlier than 12.50pm. Pupils are brought into school at 8.50am to register before attending Zumba sessions at 9.00am. Reception pupils usually start Zumba in the spring term.

Lunch time 12.00pm to 1.10pm
End of day 3.20pm
Juniors: Start 9.00am
Lunchtime 12.10pm to 1.10pm
End of day 3.30pm
